Naz Shah, the visionary founder and owner of Nuimage Aesthetics & Wellness Institute, a premier destination for advanced aesthetics, where beauty, wellness, and confidence come together. She has over 10 years of experience in the med spa industry. Renowned for her natural beauty, impeccable style, and warm personality, she combines her passion for wellness and aesthetics to create a luxurious, transformative experience for every client. Her vision is simple yet powerful to create a place where self-care meets science and every client feels valued, confident, and radiant.
As a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment, she strives to create a space where every client feels seen, valued, and inspired to embrace their own strength and self-worth. Director of Operations
Jessica is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in aesthetics and business management. Guided by a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best, she has earned a reputation for her expertise, integrity, and dedication to excellence.
Her diverse background includes hands-on experience as a licensed esthetician, laser technician, MedSpa manager, and surgical coordinator—giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the client experience and the operational strategies that drive successful aesthetic practices. Jessica’s unique blend of clinical skill and business insight has enabled her to lead teams, elevate service standards, and foster sustainable growth in a competitive industry.

Stephanie Goede - PA-C
Lead Aesthetic Injector
Stephanie Goede has been a Board-Certified Physician Assistant since 2012. She received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2009 and a Master’s in Medical Science from Saint Francis University in 2012. Stephanie has been skillfully trained by renowned Plastic Surgeon Dr. Michael Byun and Aesthetic Expert Julie Bass Kaplan. She also completed the prestigious Head and Breakfast Advanced Anatomy and Dissection Course, further refining her knowledge of facial anatomy and injection technique.
Stephanie incorporates a variety of modalities—including fillers, neurotoxins, and customized skin care regimens—to help patients achieve a healthier, more youthful appearance. She believes in celebrating the natural and accentuating the positive by gradually restoring skin health and balance. Her goal is to help patients achieve personalized, natural-looking results in a safe and precise manner—leaving others unable to pinpoint exactly what was done. Urska Hajek - MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Aesthetic Injector
Urska Hajek is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector specializing in non-surgical facial injectables. She has experience performing advanced procedures, including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, biostimulators, and IV therapy. Before transitioning into medical aesthetics, Urska built a strong foundation in critical care and nursing education. This background honed her clinical judgment, patient advocacy, and teaching abilities- qualities that now elevate her aesthetic practice.
Blending medical precision with an artistic eye, Urska takes pride in delivering subtle, balanced results that enhance each patient’s natural features. She believes that confidence starts from within, and her philosophy is guided by a holistic approach to both wellness and beauty. By taking time to understand each individual’s goals, lifestyle, and concerns, she ensures treatment plans feel supportive and restorative—not just cosmetic. Urska earned her Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University, graduating with honors. She continues to pursue advanced aesthetic training to remain at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. Dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented, Urska strives to help her patients look and feel their best while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Brittany Catalano
Lead Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Specialist
With over 15 years of experience in the field of medical esthetics, Brittany is our lead esthetician, recognized for her expertise in advanced skin treatments and a result-driven approach to skincare. Her passion is helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin with personalized care.
Throughout her career, Brittany has worked in dermatology, plastic surgery, and with medical professionals, gaining extensive experience in corrective skincare treatments, microneedling, laser, and body contouring. She takes pride in staying at the forefront of aesthetic innovation through continuous education and advanced training.
She is very passionate about providing superior patient satisfaction and builds her success on
putting her patients’ needs first. Her warm, fun-loving, and compassionate personality makes it easy for her patients to feel comfortable with her and trust her with their skincare needs.

Meet Autumn, our Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and Body Contouring Specialist. Autumn is a Graduate of Tricoci University of Beauty Culture and National Laser Institute with over 6 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, and day spas. With the beauty industry constantly evolving, she remains dedicated to staying informed of emerging industry trends and pursues ongoing professional education and training. Autumn educates her clients and recommends high-quality products for effective at-home care, while offering a relaxing environment with her kind heart and creative nature. She is passionate about helping others feel their best and strives to build meaningful connections through personalized care.
Kassandra Clauss
Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Specialist
Kassandra is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician, known for her elevated, result-focused approach that blends science, luxury, and comfort. Kassandra has been licensed since 2017 and is certified in a range of advanced treatments and product lines. She is passionate about continuing her education and regularly invests in training to stay at the forefront of the industry. Her clients seek her out for various skin concerns, but they leave with so much more. Kassandra’s ability to blend education, empathy, and elevated care has earned her a loyal following of clients who trust her expertise and value her honesty. Hailee Riley is a licensed Medical Aesthetician with over four years of experience in the skincare and aesthetics industry. She specializes in advanced laser treatments and acne correction, helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin with personalized treatment plans. As a Laser Technician and Acne Expert, Hailee is dedicated to ongoing education and staying at the forefront of new techniques and technologies in aesthetics.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Hailee enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter, and their German Shorthaired Pointer. She loves working on home projects and taking trips to national parks with her family.
Krystyna Skrzesinski
Licensed Massage Therapist
With over 20 years of experience in massage therapy, Krystyna brings a deeply therapeutic and restorative approach to every session. In addition to her massage therapy certification, she holds an associate degree in Physical Therapy, combining skill and intuition to support each client’s wellness goals.
Blending her clinical background with advanced massage techniques, she specializes in massage that addresses chronic pain, muscular tension, postural imbalances, and headaches, while maintaining a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Her modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and targeted stretching.
Certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage, as well as Medical Massage at the Professional and Master levels, Krystyna is dedicated to helping each client achieve optimal well-being. Leslie loves being the first friendly face our clients see when they walk into the spa! As a Certified Medical Assistant, she brings both professionalism and warmth to every interaction. Her focus is on creating a positive, stress-free experience—from scheduling appointments to answering questions and ensuring each client feels comfortable and cared for. Front Desk Coordinator
Ada Montes is the Lead Front Desk Coordinator at Nu Image’s Crystal Lake location, where she has been part of the team since spring 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry, as well as an Associate degree in Science. Ada is passionate about medical aesthetics and the unique blend of beauty and science it offers. She aims to continue expanding her knowledge and experience as she works toward becoming a Nurse Injector and contributing to patients’ health, wellness, beauty, and confidence.

As Nu Image’s Social Media Manager, Olivia combines creativity, strategy, and a passion for wellness to bring the brand to life online. She curates content that highlights the transformative treatments and services Nu Image offers, as well as the stories and experiences of the clients who inspire Nu Image. Olivia’s work ensures that the Nu Image community stays informed, engaged, and inspired, while reflecting the brand’s commitment to beauty, health, and overall wellness. With a degree in Marketing, Olivia has a strong foundation in strategy and storytelling, which she seamlessly blends with her eye for visual aesthetics and trends in the wellness and beauty industries. Dr. Asad Shah
Board-Certified Internist, Medical Director
Dr. Shah is a board-certified internist who provides preventative and therapeutic care for adults of all ages. Focusing on preventable diseases such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, and arthritis, he strives to customize treatment for each individual. He also encourages patients and their loved ones to be active partners in the healing process. Dr. Shah has vast experience in treating patients with multiple medical problems, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, and heart disease.
