At Nu Image, every detail of your experience is intentionally curated to provide exceptional care, seamless service, and a refined treatment environment. To ensure the highest level of professionalism and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following policies prior to your visit.
Financial Commitment
Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept multiple forms of payment, and clients utilizing financing options are responsible for understanding and adhering to their selected provider’s terms.
All treatments offered are elective aesthetic services and are not covered by health insurance. As a private, cash-based practice, Nu Image does not bill insurance carriers.
To reserve appointments, a valid card on file is required. By scheduling, you authorize applicable fees to be charged in accordance with the policies outlined below.
Appointment Reservations
Each appointment is exclusively reserved for you and thoughtfully prepared by our clinical team in advance. Because our providers dedicate uninterrupted time for every client, we maintain a structured scheduling policy that allows us to deliver attentive, personalized care.
Appointments may be modified or cancelled via phone, voicemail, text, or our online booking portal. All cancellation policies apply equally regardless of notification method.
Arrival Etiquette
We kindly request that clients arrive 5–10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to ensure a relaxed and unhurried experience.
- A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be accommodated when scheduling allows.
- Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may require the appointment to be shortened, rescheduled, or declined to preserve the schedule for other clients.
- Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated may be considered a late cancellation and subject to applicable fees.
Cancellation Courtesy
Out of respect for our providers and fellow clients:
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours incur a $50 reservation fee.
- Appointments for filler, CoolSculpting, Morpheus8, or laser treatments lasting 2+ hours incur a $100 reservation fee if missed or cancelled within 24 hours.
- Deposits required for select services will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within the restricted window or in the event of a no-show.
- After three missed or late-cancelled appointments, future booking privileges may be limited.
These policies allow us to maintain availability for clients seeking appointments and uphold the elevated level of service we proudly provide.
Clinical Discretion & Safety
Your safety and results are our highest priority. Our medical providers reserve the right to postpone, modify, or decline treatment if a service is determined to be unsuitable or not medically appropriate. Consultation fees may still apply in these instances.
Refund Policy
All services, packages, and deposits are non-refundable. Individual results vary, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed; therefore, refunds cannot be issued based on treatment results.
All skincare purchases are final sale.
Packages expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing.
Payment Disputes
By receiving services, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or fees assessed in accordance with these policies. Disputed charges may result in account suspension, collections action, and/or dismissal from the practice.
